I have just published the above e-book which is now available for download and which I have written to give you a boost into the New Year.
I have written this book to help you change your life for the better, to help you make better choices and to help you find happiness in your life by the use of a positive mental attitude that will help you find true purpose in your life.
My aim in writing this book is to show you how phenomenal you really are and how you, as a human being, have the capability and resources inside of you to achieve extraordinary things. In this book you will learn more about your mind-body connection and how you can use that to its best effect to crate the changes you want in your life. For example, did you know that you have an internal dialogue of between 45,000 – 60,000 words a day? Simply becoming aware of that and changing some of your dialogue can have a massive effect on your life!
The book also looks at current research into what is called ‘complex systems’ and ‘emergence’ by Nobel-prize winning scientists that proves why exposure to fear, upset and conflict is vitally important for our brains to literally ‘shift-gear’ and move us towards a heightened sense of achievement that allows us to break through the barriers of limitation that holds so many of us back. What this means is that any unhappiness, upset or distress you are experiencing right now has a purpose, and that purpose is designed to take you to new heights of personal and professional achievement.
It also looks at why ‘failure’ may actually be a blessing in disguise and how some of the worlds greatest people were actually great failures before they ever became simply great!
One of my favourite chapters in the book is the one on Mindfulness Meditation. Mindfulness meditation is now being scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways of changing our lives for the better. It is a great way for managing stress and is now approved by NICE (the National Institute of Clinical Excellence) for use with people who are experiencing depression. It also shows how just 10 minutes of meditation a day can change your life, reverse the effect of coronary heart disease, improve gastronomical problems, reduce pain and enhance your immune system.
In our current economic climate jobs are being lost everyday and many people are worrying about their future. If you are one of these people then this book is a must for you.
