Mark is one of the UK’s Leading Expert Witnesses on the Use of Reasonable Force with over thirty years of experience to fall back on, and this Blog is dedicated to highlighting issues that we can all comment on with the view to making a difference in all of our lives.

He has delivered training to other diverse public and private sectors including: NHS Hospital Trusts, Health Care Authorities, Social Services Departments, Charities, Colleges, Transport Companies, Courts, Security Companies, etc., and has also been involved with various Crime Prevention Initiatives.

He is also the author of six books: ‘What is Physical Intervention’, ‘Live this Life’, ‘Understanding Quantum Thinking’, ‘Understanding Unreasonable Force’, ‘Understanding Reasonable Force’ and ‘Managing the Monkey’.

Mark is the Director and National Coach Tutor of NFPS Ltd., a specialist provider of Conflict Risk Management Consultancy and Training with specific expertise in Physical Restraint, Breakaway and Self-Defence. In addition to providing training, advice, consultancy and guidance on the physiological aspects mentioned above, he also provides training in NLP, Hypnosis and Meditation as these skills combined provide a holistic way to improve our psychology. Mark believes that by helping people improve both, their physiology and their psychology, he can provide a complete and holistic approach to their training and development.
